1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using this platform you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your country. You must not live in, or use the platform from, a country where crypto trading services are prohibited or restricted.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password and two-factor device safe.
Tell us immediately if you suspect someone else has used your account.
We may suspend or close an account when we detect fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms.
Withdrawals require identity verification (KYC).

4. Trading and risk

Crypto prices are highly volatile and you can lose all the funds you deposit. The platform offers leveraged trading: leverage multiplies both gains and losses, and positions are closed automatically when your margin runs out. Read the full Risk Disclosure before you trade.

5. Fees

The trading fee and spread are shown before you place an order. The withdrawal fee is set by the platform and shown before you confirm a withdrawal. Minimum amounts may apply per asset and network.

6. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are credited after the transfer is matched and confirmed. Send funds only on the network shown for each address: a transfer on the wrong network can be lost. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before they are paid; the amount and fee are reserved from your balance while a request is pending and returned in full if it is rejected.

7. Prohibited use

Money laundering, terrorist financing or any other unlawful activity.
Attempts to get around platform security, manipulate prices or exploit errors.
Use by sanctioned persons or entities.
Opening several accounts to get around limits.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to it. We are not liable for losses caused by market movements, by your own decisions, or by outages of networks and price sources outside our control.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes by email and in your account before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept them.
